Good tutorial for Plugin Creation

    Does anyone know of a good tutorial or book that details the nuances of creating a plugin?

    I have a couple of ideas for plugins and know enough PHP, jQuery and HTML to make a nice addition to WordPress but have never created a plugin before…

    …any ideas on where/how to get started?
