Goodbye Email

    I created a unsubscribe form using WC4WP, but when the user unsubscribes, no goodbye email is sent to them, despite “Send Goodbye email” being ticked in Mailchimp.

    If you really need an answer within 4 hours of asking it on an open-source software forum, please consider purchasing our Premium plugin license. We are offering free support, but only after all our paying customers are handled because they are allowing us to pay the bills. Bumping your question after a meager 4 hours just doesn’t help, sorry…

    What version of the plugin are you on and since when have you been using our plugin? The latter question is important because it allows us to determine what API version you’re on.

    Thanks for the email. It was about the email notification that comes with Premium add-on, from the next version onward this will work for unsubscribe forms as well.
