• I am using goodlayers with my charity hub theme.
I go to my homepage (draft), and turn “Show Title” off. I then save draft.
When I scroll back down, the change was not saved. Image showing what I mean.

I am using goodlayers with my charity hub theme.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Tried it. I can’t submit a ticket because I don;t have the original key used to purchase the theme. Which they require to submit a ticket.

That’s not a theme that’s supported in these forums. Please continue to try and sort it out with the vendor that sold you that theme.

Is there a sub-forum on ww.wp.xz.cn/support that I can post it on? Because quite frankly the goodlayers support system is garbage and I have no way to find the key used to purchase it.

The short answer is “I’m sorry but no, not really.”

    1. Volunteers do not have access to that commercial product or source code.
    2. To be honest, we don’t want access to that code.
    3. Vendors make a living selling their product and no one wants to interfere with their model.
    4. This is something that’s in the Forum Welcome.

If you have a problem with WordPress itself, the themes in the WordPress repository or a plugin then this is the right place to be.

You have a problem with a commercial product. There’s no support for that here.

Contact that vendor, give them whatever information you have such as your email address that was purchased on, and see how that goes. If that doesn’t work then consider getting another theme.

I’m afraid that’s all there is to it.
