    Hi,

    Re your other comment:
    That code could modify the products shown on the shop page, but not whether the dropdown is displayed.

    To display the dropdown it requires a specific hook in the theme which may be overridden / not added to the theme. You can test this by disabling the theme template overrides in the ‘system status’ > tools > Template debug mode setting.

    If thats the case your theme developer should take a look at this to ensure none of the default hooks are removed.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply.

    The debug mode work fine. But I still get stuck in here. The hooks are overridden.

    Can you test on GoodStore theme or any advice?

    Hi,

    Glad thats confirmed 🙂

    There isn’t anything else I can test, the GoodStore theme needs some updating to include the original hooks.

    Did you have contact with your theme developer?
