    Hello,

    I have a Google Ads campaign set up with four conversion tracking events: purchase, payment initiated, page view, and add to cart. Everything is correctly configured in GTM, and when I use the preview mode, all four events trigger as expected. However, in practice, the “purchase” conversion is the only one not working, despite having received multiple orders.

    Additionally, I noticed that the data is not showing up in my CartFlows conversions either.

    I am a complete beginner with this, and I’m not sure what to do next. Any help or advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out! Allow me to provide some clarificaiton.

    Based on your description, it looks like your setup and the issue you’re experiencing are related specifically to Google Tag Manager (GTM). Since you’re managing your Google Ads conversion events through GTM, this falls outside the scope of the Pixel Manager for WooCommerce (PMW).
