For some time I have this message in Google Adsense and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Do you know any solution? I tried all possibilities (I installed your plugin), but to no avail. I’m also having big issues with impressions, pageviews and monetization.

We’ve detected a problem with the IAB TC string in one or more sites or applications. These errors may affect your ability to serve ads to European users. A detailed report is available on the EU user consent page.

Note: The error occurred is 3.3. What can i do?

@jdembowski noted! it’s not our intention to ignore your guidelines.

@romi74 Thank you for bringing to our attention the issue “3.3” that you are experiencing with your adsense implementation. I would be happy to provide you with more information on this issue and how to resolve it.

Issue “3.3” refers to the TC string last updated date being more than 13 months ago.

To address this issue, I recommend that you first check the error count and frequency to determine whether the issue is with your CMP configuration or the user’s browser settings.

If both the error count and frequency are low relative to your monthly users, you can safely ignore this issue, as it is likely not related to your CMP but to the user’s browser settings, browser, extensions, etc.

However, if the error count is high, I suggest that you check your browser’s console to see if there are any errors related to your CMP. If you find any errors, please report the specific error you notice.

Should be said, iubenda deletes the TCF strings every 12 months so it can’t be caused by our solution if it’s configured correctly.

It is also important to note that the majority of this kind of issue resolves automatically after 2-3 months, as long as your CMP continues to be implemented correctly and without errors.

     I hope this helps.
