Google Adwords conversion code on pop-up page

Hi.

I would like to track the pop-up from Google Adwords. The tracking code has to be placed between the header-tags on the page you want to track. You could tell me which template i need to alter, and were to find it?

Or does the Pro Version come with an easier way to do it?
