Google AMP validation errors

My website is failing AMP validation.

I saw the validation errors are in Comments with event tracking. Interestingly, i looked at the source code of the page and the links were without any event tracking. e.g. Error on line 257 is looking like this when i do source view on the browser (FF)

For now, i have turned off comments so my AMP pages do not throw errors.
