Google Analystics Plugin and Header problem

    Hi all.

    I downloaded the Ultimate Google Analytic plugin after reading many favorable reviews. But now my site display a chunk of info right on top of the header.

    In panic I deactivated the plugin, and when that didn’t work, I deleted it from /home2/joselato/public_html/wp-content/plugins. The text, however, is still there.

    I’ve already searched both the plugin author’s site (which seems to be dead) and here, but found no answers.

    I am desperate. Please advise!

    PS Sorry if the answer is obvious, but I am new to this.
