Hi, the documentation that I shared above talks about the code you need to add to your site or in this case it would be your page or post which has the PayPal buttons. You will have to work out which code you need to implement and add that code to the page or post with the PayPal buttons. Unfortunately I have not played around with this feature myself. So you will have to ask someone which knows more about Google Analytic tracking codes.
