  • Try adding the code just before </body></html> in your current theme’s footer.php file.

just login to your wordpress admin, go to theme editor and click on the footer,

In the footer file, just before the </body> put the code.
    cheers,

Better yet, there is a plguin that you can automatically install. You input your codes within its settings and the plugin will put the google analytics script on every page.

    hi
    icant do it ….
    where is footer.php file?
where can i find footer in theme editor ?
    dror

dror you put links for “website buildings” and “website promoting” companies in hebrew in your first post, you sure you dont know how to add a line to the theme code??

    I mean… even I did it, and I am semi-retarded.

Or, like neodan said, try a plugin:
    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/tags/google-analytics

Use the editor found under the appearance. But then you would have to add html code, that’s if you find where to place the code.

I suggest using a plugin if you are unfamiliar with coding.
