Google Analytics Ecommerce Integration?

I need to get successful event sign ups into Google Analytics. I don’t see any sort of native integration. Am I missing something?

Since the payment form is an AJAX form, there is not even a thank-you pageview to track a conversion.

In the best case, there is a native feature to post a transaction.

Optionally there would be a way to fire an event on payment success.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
