Google analytics (goal setup for conversions)

    Hello,

    i setup the plugin and its amazing thank you for making the plugin,
    i saw it sends events to google analytics, however i want to convert that event directly to goals, i tried setting a goal and i filled these as mentioned in the plugin setting:

    Goal category: Contact form 7
    Action: sent
    label: URL of the contact form
    Value: {i left it empty}

    i filled it exactly as above, but once i fill the form on my website, it does only fire an event and not goals. i hope you can help.

    Hi there,

    The goal seems to be ok. Please keep in mind that the goals are not displayed in real time.

    Have you checked the events in Google Analytics after 24 hours? There you should see an event with the data of your example:

    Goal category: Contact form 7
Action: sent
Label: URL of the contact form
Value: {i left it empty}

    If the event is correctly recorded then there should be a goal associated to it. Please check exactly the data of the event. The goal should be exactly setup with the data of the event.
