    Hi,

    I’ve encountered an issue on the website I’m building regarding purchases that don’t get registered by Google Analytics. I think I figured out the source of the issue, which is that customers are redirected to a custom Thank You page (build and redirected using a plugin) after finishing an order. I read somewhere that the data layer is skipped this way, since the customer doesn’t land on a page where the data would otherwise be tracked.

    I would like to know if anyone could help me with getting the Analytics tracking back to working or has an alternative solution.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this! From what I gather, a plugin other than WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration is used, and creates this redirect, therefore I suggest getting in touch with them via their support channels.

    This support forum provides support for the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin, which provides the integration between Google Analytics and the WooCommerce plugin.

    Hi, i have the same issue. on my GA4 property i can see all the events (view item, begin checkout…) but the “purchase” event and conversion is not working! my site shows page order received and order pay page, after purchase.
    why in GA 4 is all with 0 value and no currency . what’s is wrong?
