Google Analytics reset

    I had an Optinmonster account linked to my WordPress site for years. I tried updating the G4 property and lost my analytics. Then I could not log in or get support so I created a new account. Now nothing is connected and I am confused since I am not a super technical user.

    It seems that you are already a subscriber of OptinMonster with access to Standard Support. Since you have an active subscription with us, could you please login and submit a support ticket through the your OptinMonster account dashboard when you have a chance? 

    If you are unable to login you can also email them directly on https://optinmonster.com/contact-us/ by clicking the Share a Question button.
