    Theme virtue: Both the header.php and footer.php files

    are “empty on purpose”.

    I need to install google analytics script. Using All In One SEO and pasting the ‘UA-xxxxxx ID in the provided field works ONLY with posts. When I check the source code for pages, the script is not included.

    What to do?

    I suggest using a plugin like this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/

    I have no idea why your all in one SEO isn’t outputting to pages.. have you cleared your cache? I would contact there support.

    You shouldn’t edit theme files for things like this. If you have I suggest using a child theme. The correct header and footer files are in your templates folder.

    Thank you very much. The plugin did the trick. Going to upgrade to Virtue pro pretty soon anyways. Just love the theme, in particular the ton of theme options.
