Hello Plugin author, Im trying to use CAOS for the first time but after setting it up, Google Analytics stop receiving traffic. The first time I set it up on my woocomerce, no traffic was recorded in Google Analytics. How do i fix this?

Hi!

Can you share a screenshot of your settings? And what do you mean with “setting it up with woocommerce”? Are you using the Compatibility Mode setting?

If so, also share settings of the other Analytics plugin you’re using.

Set Download File under Advanced Settings to Gtag (V4). That should do it!

Hi @daanvandenbergh I did as you said but it not resolved. Im still seeing analytics not tracking traffic.

Hm, checking from your source code you have 3 different tracking codes on your site, this is throwing CAOS off. Reduce it to one (the one added by Google Analytics integration for WooCommerce):

Hmm, the URL to the local file doesn’t seem to be properly generated.

You’re using WooCommerce’s Google Analytics integration correct? I’ll have to do some testing for this. I’ll get back to you!
