I think if both properties (v3 and v4) are conected, no changes are needed, even no update to TrackingID. Pageviews and events are sent to both.
And in the docs the snippets are the same as for ga.jsBut…. with minimal analitycs don´t work. The endpoint changes (at the moment is /mp/collect) and the way to do things are different, the payload is a json object and in the url is only needed the tracking code and a api key as parameters.
Some events are tracked by default: pageview,user_engagement,first-visit and session_start But I think these eventes are collected by the standar gtag library, so no docs to collect pageview or screen resolution. In the docs only events are documented.
