    Hi,

I’ve just installed this plugin and when trying to complete Step 1 of the setup, to authenticate with Google, I am receiving this error:

The page you have requested cannot be displayed. Another site was requesting access to your Google Account, but sent a malformed request. Please contact the site that you were trying to use when you received this message to inform them of the error. A detailed error message follows:

The site “http://co.uk” has not been registered.

Google reports that this authentication method has been deprecated.

Is there a way around this problem? I don’t particularly need access to private albums, so this step is probably not required, but the plugin demands it…

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    Matt

I wish I could. The server is a virtual machine run by CenturyLink / SavvisDirect as part of a “business package” and I have no access to the PHP installation, the web error logs, or… …

I may move a copy of the site to my server just to help debug. I cringed when I learned where the karate site was being hosted. And as a bonus, totally useless support.

I also have the same problems.
One 1 website I use pwaplusphp with “show public albums only” set as TRUE. Al my albums show up. No problem at all.

On another site I can’t use this setting because some albums can’t be publicly shown (on G+ etc). Therefor: “show public albums only” is FALSE.
I went trough all the 4 steps without any problem.
After a while my albums disappear.
The strange thing is that not even the public albums are showing!

    What can I do?

A clue. I made a new album and added images; everything is good up to 107 images. If I add any additional images, regardless of the name, metadata, etc. the page crashes.

Well, 107 is not a magic number… I’ve had to delete a handful of images to get it working again. Maybe a memory problem somewhere?

Sorry Rich, out of town this past weekend. Yes, it could be a memory issue but typically you would see a message about it. Anyway, you can try upping the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT. This page has instructions for editing wp-config.php:

I just test and nothing is displayed for public and private album.

@jroy, please take a look over here:

manu2000 identified a typo that would impact private albums. Please update to v0.9.11 via the dashboard and let me know if it works.

    @smccandl: it works!!!

thank you for your support and thank you to manu2000!!!

I have updated to v9.12. Pictures are not showing. I receive this message after step 4 “Configuration is complete and PWA+PHP is ready for use. Create a page with contents “[pwaplusphp]” to see your albums.” I have done so.

If I use the back up, I get the following message “Install Step 4: Failed!
    Got the following response:
    { “error” : “invalid_grant”, “error_description” : “Invalid code.” }”

    Any help is appreciated.

*EDIT* Just went to the settings page and saw the required steps, sorry! Working now, thank you Scott!

WP just suggested an update, and I did it to v9.12 and am now receiving the following:

    refreshOAuth2Token got the following response:
    { "error": "invalid_request", "error_description": "Missing required parameter: refresh_token" } using refreshToken

    Hi,

I am using Version v9.13 – The plugin does not work – and I would have to manually reset the token every time. Any chance for a fix?
It is a nice plugin if it was waorking :-)!

    please help

Did you follow the instructions on the settings link of the plugin?

    Mexxat

    (@mexxat)

Yes, It is working for one hour. After that the Album does not show up. I will have to reset the token then it works for another 60 mins.

    Tolyanych

    (@tolyanych)

We need each hour Reset Token, otherwise albums disappear from the page. How to solve the problem?

    Tolyanych

    (@tolyanych)

Removed plugin Version v9.13 with all the data. I put again. After that re-created a new project in console.developers.google.com/project. Old projects deleted. Recorded just http: // and https: //. The plugin has been working for a few hours, and now I’m afraid to touch anything on the site)))
