Go to Google Cloud Platform => Translation API => Where you allow your domain please make sure you added the protocol as well.
If: *domain.com
Replace with
https://domain.com if you are using a www protocol add it as well.
https://www.domain.com
Save the new changes => wait 5 minutes => Test the api one more time.
If you see an error. please make a screenshot and show it to me.

To further investigate what the problem might be, please provide the following:
• A screenshot at the general settings from wordpress. (Can be found by going to: WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> General. Here please cover the url of the website as it is.
• A screenshot at the Automatic Translation Tab (Can be found by going to: WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Translatepress -> Automatic Translation (I will need a screenshot with the whole page but please blur your API KEY
• Make a API test and send me the result.
• Another screenshot from the Google Cloud Platform showing what url you allowed.
