Google Boot and Search Console

I found hundreds of pages in Search Console, apparently there will soon be tens of thousands of them https://prnt.sc/c2ukkyBXxBKM

These links open https://prnt.sc/sTBLq2qBtzMe, for Google they are separate pages, essentially duplicates. How to disable it so that there are no such pages on the site?

I think this problem is global in nature for everyone.

rel=”nofollow” and the ban via robots.txt does not give any result, the robot still goes through these pages and loads my server. In general, everything is bad.
