Google bots blocked : Cached error?

    Hi ,
    Google Merchant centre has blocked all my products. It reports
    “Unavailable desktop landing page” for each product. The website is however working BioMinToothpaste.com.au.

    I contacted Google and they said I need to add the following code to the robots.txt file

    User-agent: Googlebot
    Disallow:
    User-agent: Googlebot-image
    Disallow:

    Which I have BUT if I click on the link BioMinToothpaste.com.au/robots.txt then the code above does not show. It is as if it’s showing an old version of the file. I am not sure if the two items are related and if it’s a caching issue?

    So far I have :
    – Updated the robots.txt file as per above – no luck

    • Deactivated all plugins – no luck
    • Cleared Caches. The cache on the site and also, I have firewall called Securi which I have also cleared
    • Contacting Vodient the hosting company but no luck so far
    • Contacted Securing the firewall company but no luck so far

      Other than the stand clear cache functionality is there some other folder etc I should consider clearing. Is there physical cache folder that WP-fastest-cache creates that I should try manually clearing?

      My technical level is probably medium – have set up wordpress but not a coder

    the issue is not related to wp fastest cache. wp fastest cache doesn’t cause any permanent problem.
