Hello,
There is a separate section in Google Calendar settings called “Event Title and Description”. You need to add placeholders there so that the information sent from the appointment can be properly forwarded to the Google Calendar event.
If you have already configured this and it still doesn’t work, please reach out to the support team by logging into your store account. Make sure to provide all necessary details along with the access credentials, and the support team will kindly assist you further.

Regarding your suggestion: The “Event Title and Description” section in Google Calendar settings is already properly configured with the correct placeholders. Despite this, the information (customer data) is still not being sent to the Google Calendar events.
I have already double-checked the configuration, re-saved the settings, and tested it with new appointments – the description field remains empty or incomplete.
I look forward to your prompt response and a fix for this issue.
