• I am using the free version.
    After the last update (i update on 13/11/2021) i have google calendar sync problems. Some items from Salon booking is missing on calendar, some calendar entries is not show on Salon , etc.
    I also see various error on description of calendar that i didn’t see it before, eg:
    WARNING: Limit of parallels bookings at 19:30
    I delete the site cache and remove any caching plugin. I also double-check the parameters for synchronisation with Google Calendar, as indicated in documentation. The synch is working, but not for all events, without obvious reasons. Is there a log file to check ?

    Hi,

    synch with Google Calendar is applied only on:

    – Paid
    – Pay later
    – Confirmed

    reservations.

    – Pending payment

    only if the option is enabled.

    We have noticed the same – some of my regular customer bookings are not carrying forward to google cal. These are all normally confirmed bookings.

    Just lost 2 customers as a result!

    A. Google Calendar sync is setup properly. They are all paid customers, confirmed, but some of these appointments are not copied to Google.
    B On the other hand, not all the entries we put in the calendar show up in the Salon.
    The main problem is A, because we use the calendar as the main system for checking / adding appointments.
    And it happens after the last update.
    Is there a log we can see during the synchronisation process?`
