    Hello!

I am using the free version of your plugin. I want to follow your guide regarding google consent mode: https://complianz.io/consent-mode/

From what I understand I need to first get the premium version of your plugin. Is it enough if I buy only the “personal” one, as we have only one website?

What exactly is it that will change in the plugin settings regarding consent mode when I buy the premium plugin? Are there new cookies that will be added?

    Thank you!

    Hello @isabella92,

If you intend to use the Premium plugin on a single WordPress website, a Personal license would indeed be sufficient for that.

Please find the Consent Mode V2 implementation instructions listed here, which also explains the settings in the Complianz Wizard that you’d have to pick based on your set-up: https://complianz.io/consent-mode-for-7-0/

But if you have further questions about the Premium plugin, please reach out using the form on the bottom of this page, https://complianz.io/support/, as we are only allowed to discuss the Free plugin on the WordPress Forums.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hello!

Thanks so much for your reply. After further research and checking out your links I have come to the conclusion that I want to implement Basic mode. If I understand correctly, I don’t need the premium version for this? How do I make sure that the values ad_storage and analytics_storage are added from the Complianz plugin to GTM?

Thank you so so much for your help 🙂

    Hi @isabella92,

You would still need the Premium version of the Complianz plugin in order to enable Consent Mode support, so that the plugin updates the Consent Mode parameters (i.e. ad_storage, analytics_storage) accordingly.

    Kind regards, Jarno
