Google data feed

Dear All, I hope you can help.

Our webstore automatically sends a data feed of all our products to google merchant.
In the past this has all been fine but as google has changed its criteria again an error has popped up. It seems that the product description is too long (over 50 characters)and thus the feed will not be accepted by google.
It seems that it automatically uploads the websites name, product category and product name as a total product name instead of just the product name.

Is there a way to change this?
