Google docs, Microsoft word

Hi, you all. My first post here. Be nice, please. 🙂
Okay, so I will fire up wordpress for the first time tomorrow. I have a few questions which Google have not been able to provide satisfying answers for. The premise is that writing posts straight into wordpress does not suit me. I want to use some kind of external software where I keep my drafts.
1. If I write my posts in word I can safely use the “Paste from Word button” I presume? Does that also include word documents with hyperlinks and images in them?
Anything else I should be aware of when it comes to microsoft word and wordpress?
2. Sometimes I like to use Google docs (in conjunction with google notes) to write articles. Can I simply copy my entire body of text in Google docs and then safely paste into a wordpress post?
3. This last question might be really stupid (as opposed to the above which I assume are only slightly stupid) but using the methods above does not present any problems with seo all in one pack, or wp sniper pro does it? II mean…concerning seo optimizing of headers, images, etc.Thank you for reading my questions. 🙂
