Google errors for reviews

I have this plugin installed and look at errors in Google Search Console. The are 2 errors showing in Review snippets section:
- Rating is missing required best and/or worst values
- Value in property “reviewCount” must be positive
Could this be fixed?

I am not using Author review. I added an user review but Google validator returned this error: Parsing error: Missing ‘,’ or ‘}’
