Hello,
SOrry you are having issues. I just went to your link but it gave me a 404 page not found error.
What are your settings set to?
Sorry for taking so long to reply, but I’ve been out with the flu.
Here’s another link to the page: http://seweasysewing.com/WordPress/category/classes/
I don’t have any special settings – use all the defaults. I use it for the widget showing upcoming events, but even if I do a post it still shows the same error message of not be able to parse successfully.
Thanks.
Could you post both your settings for that feed as well as the widget settings you are using?
Thanks!
Here are the settings for the gcal events:

Events per Page: Number of Days: 7
Display Start Date Offset: Number of Days Back: 0
Earliest Feed Event Date: Number of Months Back: 1
Latest Feed Event Date: Number of Years Forward: 2
Show Paging Links: [checked]
Show Tooltips: [checked]
Date Format: [blank]
Use PHP date formatting. Leave blank to use the default.
Time Format: [blank]
Use PHP date formatting. Leave blank to use the default.
Cache Duration: 43200
Here are the settings for the widget:
Title: Upcoming Events
Feeds to display: 2626
Display events as: List
Sort Order: Ascending
Events per Page: Number of Days: 7
Display Start Date Offset: Number of Days Back: 0
Display Title on Tooltip: Events on
Show Paging Links: [checked]
Show Tooltips: [checked]
Still receiving the same error:
“Some data was retrieved, but could not be parsed successfully. Please ensure your feed settings are correct.
Back
Next
No events to display.”
Any ideas?
Thanks
I got this issue when I didn’t have my google API set up correctly and in the google developer console you have to make sure that calendar is set to “on”.
@seweasysewing,
Does it work if you change your “Latest Feed Event Date” to something smaller like 3 or 6 months?
@callia82,
Glad you were able to figure that out and get it working.
Here is the docs page for setting up an API key in case anyone needs it:

Assuming this was resolved since there haven’t been any replies here. Let us know if you need any more help.
Thanks!
