Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Are you perhaps using a 3th party shipping plugin as an add on for your shipping costs?
I use woocommerce. To have any shipping options you also have to use “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” plug-in. Do you not support the usage of this plugin? And if not, how is it possible to calculate shipping using woocommerce?

Hi,
We indeed do not support the 3th party “WooCommerce Shipping & Tax” plugin, assuming it is an add-on on the normal WooCommerce shipping features?
When you cannot add shipping costs to your feed you can still use the shipping label option which is being described here: https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/
So how does the shipping cost work without using any plugins. Where would I input the shipping cost into a standard WordPress installation?
Yes, this is of course how I have setup shipping, but without the WooCommerce Shipping option, nothing can be added besides a flat rate. Is adding flat rate shipping the only method that is supported by this plugin?
This is what I have setup right now: https://imgur.com/a/sAiCkEo
Our plugin supports the default WooCommerce shipping zones and methods. You seem to be using a 3th party shipping plugin as add-on, that indeed is not supported by our plugin.
I have disabled every 3rd party plugin related to shipping and it still is not working:
Screen Shot of settings
Product Feed Pro just puts “USD” into the price field of the shipping: https://techintrigue.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/7UYu7YKWgWx1778vRDlX0l4xapH7LGv9.xml
Your feed URL doesn’t seem to work so we cannot check what it looks like in your feed.
According to your shipping screenshot you still have a 3th party shipping plugin installed. The “WooCommerce Shipping” link in the top navigation is not default WooCommerce. This is how it should look: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jqti2gk68oiv52l/ShippingPlugin.png?dl=0
So please make sure you disable that shipping feature too.
Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
Do not hesitate to reach out to us again in-case you need our help again.
The problem was never solved. I appreciate your time but this plugin doesn’t do much because it can’t read shipping prices from anything but a static field. For this to be useful, the plugin needs to support dynamic shipping options (ones that change based on shipping locations).
