google feed problem
-
Since the last time I have many problems with feed and rejects my products in google, I have poor stock, in the feed there are products that I deleted a week earlier, and those that are marked as a draft, there are also different prices.
Can anyone help me and check it out? it’s best to log in to my store, I care to fix it as soon as possible.

Hi ownyou,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Could please copy/paste a screenshot of the exact errors and notifications you are seeing in Google’s Merchant Center so we can see what the exact disapproval reasons are?
Also, please don’t offer anyone (not even us ;-)) to use your credentials to login in your store on your behalf. For many different good reasons this is strictly forbidden on the WP-forum.
All the best,

its a csv files with bug reportsHi ownyou,
Thanks for sending over Google’s error logs.
The products have been disapproved because of the “availability” values in your feed or on in the structured data of your website. Most likely you are advertising on products that are out of stock?
Could you copy/paste the feed URL you have uploaded to Google’s merchant center?
Thanks,
EvaHi,
Thanks for this.
According to Google the reason for the disapprovals is your website itself, see:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/gqrf0f15xuruf2h/availability-2.png?dl=0So I checked the structured data of the landing pages of some of your disapproved products and found that the availability data is missing in it, see:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/6g8siyed7igjdfp/availability-1.png?dl=0Because of this Google can’t automatically check if the availability values in your feed match the availability you have on your website and disapproves of the products.
WooCommerce, out-of-the-box, normally does show the availability in the structured data so it seems you are using a plugin(s) that change the structured data on your website and cause the issue at hand.
All the best,
Evait can be cache plugin?
Hi,
I don’t think so. You must be using a plugin or maybe even your theme that makes changes to the structured data of your website.
Best,
EvaI understand that Google can download other data from my site and it generates errors, but I don’t understand, why I have other data in woo products panel and there are correct and other data in the feed file generated from your plugin?
Hi OwnYou,
Could you illustrate an example of that with some screenshots?
All the best,
Evafor example when i write in products list or in search on a home website “stolik foxtrot” i have empty list.
but in my feed:

I have many products( old and long time ago deleted)Hi,
So it seems your product feed did not update / refresh and still holds old product information, correct?
Could you send us the plugin’s debug.log? It will help us understand how you have configured your feed and possibly understand the issue at hand. Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
All the best,
Evaits not only one problem for example this product:
https://dotd.pl/produkt/fotel-egg-jajo-velvet-treviso-aksamitny/?attribute_pa_kolor=szary&attribute_pa_kolor-nogi=naturalna-stal&dTribesID=33af2c2108cbce036b23a4cd0ad56360|adtribes|122735&utm_source=Google%20Shopping&utm_campaign=Google%20shopping%20product%20feed&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=122735&fbclid=IwAR3h4mxKos22V_IdcWvyzcQGzoymGjM_0qm0_RqPGvGMWC55Hc8vTxHhfusif you select color on green( third variant) and second option on a silver (second variant) i have price 1549, but in feed the same product has 1499
Hi,
Looking at your debug.log it seems your feed updated fine on a daily basis until the 23th of november last year, see:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/g8ds9bc0talh3rs/23november.png?dl=0When your feed is no longer automatically updating then changes are this is caused by your WP-cron no longer working or being disabled. See: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/
Could you check if your WP-cron is enabled and when not make sure it is enabled again (in your wp-config.php file). Once you enabled it again make sure to de-activate and re-activate our plugin as that will reset all cron events needed for our plugin.
Hope this helps!
All the best,
Evacron is enabled
