the “jump” happens because your page is rendered without external fonts while the gfonts css-file and the actual font-files are loaded later. there are techniques (CSS/ JS-based) to “hide” the page or text until the fonts are visible, but the disavantage is that it takes longer for your page to be visible.

    hope this clarifies,

1)So basically it is impossible to make it faster ( without changing the theme plugins etc. isnt it ?
    2) the emoji options only affects to the emoji or something else ? thanks

    1. correct (but based on the gtmetrix screenshot your site is *really* fast already 🙂 )
    2. it would also affect display of 4-byte characters (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters) in browsers that don’t have native support for those.

they will continue to work, except in browsers/ OS’es that don’t have native emoji support 🙂
