Google Fonts (Roboto) enabled when using this plugin

    When I use the following plugins:
    – Elementor
    – Essential Addons for Elementor
    – Elementor Header & Footer

    I notice, that the following font is loaded from Google (GDPR problem):
    <link rel="stylesheet" id="google-fonts-1-css" href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto%3A100%2C100italic%2C200%2C200italic%2C300%2C300italic%2C400%2C400italic%2C500%2C500italic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%2C700italic%2C800%2C800italic%2C900%2C900italic%7CRoboto+Slab%3A100%2C100italic%2C200%2C200italic%2C300%2C300italic%2C400%2C400italic%2C500%2C500italic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%2C700italic%2C800%2C800italic%2C900%2C900italic&display=auto&ver=5.8.3" type="text/css" media="all">

    But when I disable only the following plugin the font is not loaded anymore:
    – Elementor Header & Footer

    I cleared the caches before and after and replicated this behavior several times.

    Before all this, I enabled:
    > Elementor > Settings > Disable Default Fonts

    And used the “Elementor Essential Addons” > “Regenerate Assets” function with Elementor Header & Footer Builder enabled

    To make sure no Google Fonts are loaded.

    Is there a way to use Elementor Header & Footer without Google Fonts?

    Thanks for the reply. By now we removed the plugin (extension) “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” as we did not (yet) rely on it.

    I.e. this bug is more for your information, we don’t need support ourselves.
