Google form wont allow checking or selecting.

    It appears your checkboxes have something special about them although I can’t figure out where they came from. Are you running some sort of plugin or does your theme do something special for checkboxes and radio buttons?

    There is a classed called “checker” om the input element and I don’t think it comes from Google.

    Could it be the “contact form 7” widget and plugin? Thats the only plugin I can think of that could cause a conflicting problem.

    Easiest thing to do is to disable Contact Form 7 temporarily and see if the existing form starts behaving.
