You mean in image search? But, when someone clicks on images, they show your site also as source. They do not violate copyright laws and in fact warn users that the image may be subject to copyright.
As a matter of fact, there is no foolproof method to permanently hide images posted on internet (unless you use noindex, nofollow, mark as private, etc. that may work). The best bet is to use watermarked images or use only low resolution/ smaller images.
Would you feel the same way if I were to link to and display your full size images on my site, and give my viewers the option to download your images without even viewing any of your website content?
