The New 3.0 version is released with a new rich snippet engine. But, due to the limitations imposed by Google, only some rich snippet types support ratings, so make sure to read more about it. Setting the snippets with rating takes more time because you need to provide more information and only for very specific content.

You used Article for the snippet type. Article doesn’t support having ratings, so if you use Article, ratings are not added, because Google has changed that because they don’t want to show ratings for blog posts, news articles and things like that.
Based on your page here, this is a business (providing a service), so you should use one of ‘Local Business’ types of snippets through the GD Rating System ‘Custom Snippet Type’, while providing exact snippet type you want to use. Problem is that Local Business snippet types can be quite complicated to implement all the recommended values. I plan to add Addon for Local Business types for Pro version (hopefully, later this year), but that will not in the Free version of the plugin. So, you can use Custom Snippet Type in Free and provide exact snippet type you want as defined here: https://schema.org/LocalBusiness#subtypes.

They can be very complicated to setup. Google has done a lot to make sure they limit the number of websites and content that can have rich snippets with ratings.
