However, the CleanTalk plugin does not block any “good” bots.
We have a special actual list of these bots to prevent it.

It is good to know support is a available for paid accounts. To try to access support I followed the link “support” on the main menu. This brought me to a page with a button labeled “ open a support ticket” which is a link to this forum. This support link is visible while logged in.
We can’t discuss the CleanTalk account features here.
