I don’t see how the two are related. Am I missing something?

Google Listings and Google Analytics are 2 different things. Is Google Analytics supposed to track anything related to it?

As far as I understand it also add GA4 codes to site.

I see this after I activate that plugin.

Judging from the ID (it starts with AW-, and not with G-) that’s a Adwords tag, not a Google Analytics tag.

So, there’s nothing for CAOS to support.
