Google Map API issue

    Hello Sir,

    Thank you for your hard-work and time for providing best Meta-box plugin.

    Recently Google changed Google Map API access (which required billing settings to generate API). Meta-box plugin has API inside plugin function which we can’t add with theme settings. I request you to add filter or any custom settings in next update so it can be easier to add API to view Google Map without this error -> https://imgur.com/a/ZkWtR96

    Or you can suggest any quick fix which we can do from our theme functions file.

    Hi Mahesh,

    The map field has a filter that allows you to change the URL of the Google Maps script that you can use to add more libraries/things if you want. Please see the docs for details.

    I’m not sure if that’s the “settings” did you mean. In case it’s not, please let me know.

    PS: The latest version 4.15.1 has a new osm field for OpenStreetMap that eliminate the problem with the billing settings of Google Maps. See more details about that here.
