Google Map Feature

Hi There,

I am working on a website where people in our neighborhoud can tell if there is something wrong. For example a streetlight is not working or there is rubbish on the corner of the street.
I would like an option where people fill out a contact form and select the location of the error on a google map. I will receive an email which shows the google map. Eventually i want to show all the submissions of people on a google map on the website.
You think this is possible or do you know a other plugin that makes this possible?
