google maps API

I have an issue with a website that we manage, http://www.zingzang.com. Whenever you go to the homepage (https://zingzang.com/) on the site and enter any numbers in the city/state/zip code field, an error message pops up stating “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”

I have read a couple other threads and confirmed that there is valid billing information in our associated google account.

Need to resolve. Have a couple screenshots of error and developer’s tool message when the error is shown…don’t know how to attach screenshots.
