Google Maps API on custom theme

    Hi All,
    We have recently taken over the management of changes for a franchise network site and we have just noticed the google maps API has expired.
    The theme is custom built by their original developers and I cannot for the life of me work out where I can input a new API from the WP console?
    Can anyone help?
