Google Maps Not Working

    Hi,

    I have been using The Events Calendar plugin for some time and although I have had issues with the Google Maps element before, I was able to fix it quite easily. But this instance is very peculiar, I made a new event with the same venue and setting as previous yet the map nor the ‘+ Google Map’ link do not appear. I have checked the API key and all previous events show the map. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This is a strange one… I see that the other events are showing the map. On this June 6th event, inside the edit event page, do you have show Google Maps and Link under location?

    Hi Ed,

    I have it set to the exact same venue as the previous events. I will include screenshots and the Google Map address below (in the past it was a matter of just making sure the address matched Google Maps but this time it’s very different). The venue location is a perfect match with Google Maps by the way.

    Sorry, I was pretty vague. This might be obvious, but on each event (while editing) Google Maps and Link can be turned off. Do you have those options checked for that event?

    Is there anything different from this event compared to your others? Also, do you use a page builder at all?

    Normally we instruct users having issues to Test for Conflicts, which could help here, but if a plugin were creating havoc, it would have to be on per post basis.
