Google Maps Widget

I am developing a webpage for a client that wants to show a location of his business through Google Maps.

I have noticed there is a “free” version of Google Maps widget in Elementor, however, it does not require any Google API call which brings me to question—is Elementor “free” Google Map widget compliant with Google’s Terms of Service regarding the use of Google Maps?

Also, is there anything I should note in websites Privacy Policy about the Google API? (in case Elementor does some API call)
