Google not recognising site map

Hi. I have installed Sitemap Generator for Webmasters and the plugin settings show that the site map has been successfully generated. However when I submit sitemap.xml to Google Webmasters I get an error message “General HTTP error: 404 not found”, and if I click on the link http://www.dairyflow.co.uk/sitemap.xml I get another error message “XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
