Google PageSpeed Insight error with plugin on

Hello,

When the plugin is on, I get this “Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy” error from Google PageSpeed Insight:

Is there a way to fix it?

(I have already set the “cache thumbnails locally” option on)

the local thumbnail caching seems not to be working promarketerwp, do you see a lyteCache directory in wp-content/cache and if so do you see files (jpgs) in there?

Maybe create the directory manually and ensure the webserver/ php have write permissions in it?

well, you went from 2h to 7d, that’s something 😉

the expiry time is set in the code in plugins/wp-youtube-lyte/lyteCache.php on line 121;

$expireTime = 60 * 60 * 24 * 7; // 1w

if you really want to get rid of the recommendation you can change that there? 🙂

I think you made a small mistake when editing lyteCache.php, it seems broken now promarketerwp .. :-/
