Hi

I have minified the css files and js files below using the plugin. However, Google PageSpeed Insights is still showing that they need to be minified. Why is this?

Do you see those files in wp-admin > BWP Minify > Enqueued files? If they’re there, what are their positions?

Some files can not be minified because they are not printed using enqueueing functions. More info on that here: http://betterwp.net/wordpress-plugins/bwp-minify/faq/ (Q: What happens if plugins or themes echo the JS and CSS files directly?)

Add option
$min_serveOptions[‘encodeOutput’] = false;
to
wp-content\plugins\bwp-minify\min\config.php
