@oxweb – What type of form is it? Is it possible you have that form on the page more than once? IE on the page/footer/sidebar or in another popup. Those fields can only be rendered once each on the page. Most form plugins also do not support having their forms on the page more than once.
Otherwise it means that the form plugins implementation simply wasn’t built with the idea it would be in a hidden element on page load or they are not loading their JS etc. In which case you would need to open a ticket with them to find out exactly what is going wrong, to which we may be able to then determine how Popup Maker could have an effect on that functionality.
