google recipe view

We use google sitemap, the the latest build (I assume) I recipe card and our site is indexed by google as shown here (1). I cannot figure out none of our recipes are making it to google recipe view (2)/(3).

When I try run the Google Structured Data Testing Tool on a test post I get the text below. I doubt this is a result of using cloudflare as google is seeing our content on the regular search side.. Any ideas?
