    Hello Trustindex Support Team,

    Our client is using your plugin on their WordPress site to display Google reviews. However, we have noticed that the reviews displayed are outdated and new reviews are not syncing automatically.

    Could you please assist us in resolving this issue so that the plugin displays the latest Google reviews in real-time?

    We would appreciate your guidance on any settings, re-sync steps, or troubleshooting needed to resolve this.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

    Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Update the plugin to the latest version, if you haven’t already.
    2. Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
    3. Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
    4. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.
